setback on the handover formalities. As
we draw near to this momentous event, we
would like to update you regarding the preparation
we need to complete prior to receiving the
Building Completion Certificate and the
subsequent handover of the project.
The
Dubai Arch Tower (and all other tower in
the Jumeirah Lake Towers) requires chilled
water for the Air Conditioning of the units
and common areas which is supplied by Palm
District Cooling. All unit owners are obligated
to sign the agreement with Palm District
Cooling to provide the chilled water for
their A/C (Kindly refer to property purchase
agreement clause:10.2).

would need to sign the
agreement with Palm District
Cooling, issue the cheque (for the appropriate
amount in favor of Palm District Cooling)
